What are the facilities in the studios?

In the studios, you will find: A coffee machine (pods and / or filter), a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, glasses, also bags of tea, pods “Senseo” ground coffee, as well as a box containing (dishwashing products, a cloth, a brush, a hand towel) and for the bathroom you will find soaps, shampoo, some sticks, paper tissues, as well as a hand towel) and of course towels.

 

Some studios are equipped with a dishwasher (2 upper studios, rotunda, family apartment).

Do you rent baby cots?

We have two baby beds available that we lend free of charge upon request.

Is the apartment cleaned every day?

Since the new COVID guidelines, the apartment is cleaned every 5 days. However, you can ask us for new towels or tea towels if needed. The garbage is emptied every other day (garbage bags are available).

Do you have a washing machine that we can use?

There is indeed a washing machine that you can use. Ask at the reception.

Do you accept animals?

We accept animals in exceptional cases (please inform us beforehand).

Do you have a luggage storage room?

We do not have a luggage storage room, however you can leave your luggage at the reception desk open from 9am to 12pm, then from 1pm to 8pm

What are the arrival and departure times?

The arrival time is between 3pm and 8pm.

Departure time is until 12:00 am.

For all requests or reservations you can reach the reception at +33 1 47 63 15 45 from 9am to 8pm.

Do not hesitate to contact us to give us a more precise time of your arrival.

What is the nearest subway station?

There are two stations around the residence. The Villiers station is a 5-minute walk away and serves lines 2 and 3; the Pont Cardinet station is an 8-minute walk away and serves lines L and 14.

Do you have a parking lot ?

No, but we work with the Jouffroy parking lot at 44 rue Jouffroy d’Abbans 75017 Paris, 400m away.

Are we close to the shops ?

There are several supermarkets around the residence.

A small Auchan, a mini-market at about 250m, a Picard at 150m, a Monoprix at 300m and many other food stores in the rue Lévis and the rue de Tocqueville

Can you provide an invoice ?

We provide an invoice for each stay.

Do you have an elevator ?

No, there is no elevator. However, the residence has only one floor.

Do you have an apartment accessible to people with reduced mobility ?

There is a studio for people with reduced mobility. In the bedroom, the passage is easy. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower (without steps) with a seat and supports for the toilets.

This apartment is of course adapted for people with reduced mobility.

What types of payment do you allow ?

We accept payment by credit card and cash. We do not accept cheques or vacation vouchers.

Is there air conditioned ?

None of the apartments are air-conditioned, however all apartments have fans.

Is there a heater in each studio ?

Yes, each studio has a radiator that guests can adjust to their liking.

Is there wifi ?

We have an open network, without access code, free and unlimited. Once you have chosen this network, a pop-up appears to connect to the wifi.

Can we smoke in the apartments ?

NO, the apartments are non-smoking, but you should know that we have very sensitive smoke detectors in each apartment.
